Our Programme
The Three-Stage Leadership Coaching Programme is designed to equip leaders with the character, skills, and practical experience needed to create lasting impact in their personal lives and community. Each module builds on the last, offering a holistic approach to leadership grounded in faith, emotional resilience, and hands-on application
Module 1: Character Development – Leading with Faith and Humility
The foundation of strong leadership lies in character. This module focuses on building integrity, humility, and emotional stability, all rooted in faith. Participants explore the principles of servant leadership, self-awareness, and the importance of aligning values with actions. Through reflective exercises and group discussions, leaders develop the inner strength required to navigate challenges with grace and purpose.
Module 2: Practical Tools for Leadership
In this module, leaders gain actionable strategies for effective team management and conflict resolution. Key topics include communication, building resilient teams, and leading with vision.
