ABOUT US
In te reo Māori, Kōhatu Ora means “Living Stone.” This name symbolises the strength, resilience, and transformation we aim to cultivate through faith in Jesus Christ.
Our work is rooted in the belief that true healing and growth come from a foundation of faith, where individuals and communities are transformed by the love and truth of the gospel.
We empower families, leaders in for-purpose organisations, churches, and community groups—those on the frontlines addressing the complex needs of our communities. These leaders are not only equipped with practical tools but also encouraged to lead from a place of emotional stability, resilience, and a deep reliance on God.
By building leaders and families on the firm foundation of faith and emotional wellness, we spark a ripple effect of transformation that reaches every corner of our nation. This aligns with our belief that true community change begins with emotionally stable families and grounded leaders whose lives are rooted in Christ.
